I was in doubt to the title of this post. In begin I was for "The mayor and his caregiver" but at the end I decided for "Which one doesn't belong".
The picture below is the agreement signature of PLIS della Martesana something like a new park that involve many villages. All the mayors are there but we have one doesn’t belong too.

Ok, ok, I know this is a joke, what is really important is the new park... yes but to have plenipotentiary mayor, who doesn’t need someone else to do what the people of Cassina elected him for, is important too.
